At His Feet (Because He Cares for Atlanta and the World)

I leave the Coronavirus at the feet of Jesus, my Lord and King!

God is good. God is so good, in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Lately, I have not been paying attention to the news on the television. It has been very dreary and depressing because of the number of Coronavirus cases and the delta variant cases of the Coronavirus are on the rise in Atlanta and other cities of America. It is in this moment that I pray for Atlanta and for God to protect her from the Coronavirus, the delta variant and other forms of disease.

“You must serve only the LORD your God. If you do, I will bless you with food and water, and I will protect you from illness.” ~Exodus 23:25, NLT~

I remember in November 2020 when I was forced to stay home from work due to two cases of the Coronavirus that occurred at work. My work was closed for about two weeks. I used that time to fast, to pray and to meditate on the Word of God.

I prayed for America, I prayed for the 2020 election and the outcome of the 2020 election regardless if Trump or Biden would win, I prayed for my friends and family to be protected from the Coronavirus and I prayed for the good Lord to protect my health.

I went to the doctor to get tested for Coronavirus. When I got the test results back, it showed that I tested negative for Coronavirus. I praised and I thanked God for the outcome of test results in that they were positive, but I still fretted over the world and current events that were taking place in the world due to the Coronavirus.

My heart and my mind even took a moment to focus on my own future and destiny in how the Lord wanted to use me, especially during this time of the Coronavirus.

The message from God did not come to me until about one week ago. The Holy Spirit of God brought to my memory of my book that I had been writing and of the intense time and effort that it is taking for me to complete this task of getting my first book published.

My prayer is that during this time of the Coronavirus that my book will make a Kingdom impact for Jesus Christ and for the multitudes, who read it. My prayer is that God will make a Way for the sick and those who have not been vaccinated or know Jesus to come to know Jesus during this time of the Coronavirus. My prayer is that God Almighty will be glorified regardless of the direction that this country goes and how His Holy Spirit intends to make a Kingdom impact through the message of my first book.

My prayer is for all American families and families around the world to be safe from the Coronavirus and for the grace of God to go before them. My prayer is for all of America to glorify God first, even during this time of the Coronavirus pandemic. My hope is for my book to encourage the multitudes who read it when the time comes for it to birth forth its release date, in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Stay safe and well, Atlanta and beyond! God bless you!
